not just the result.
SAME REP / REDIRECTIONThe angle is available.INSIDE THE ANALYSIS: GUILE
Not just where it went.
Why that angle was available.
Two separate reps. One useful comparison: how arrival and ball-side-foot direction change the redirection that is available.
CONTRAST REP / TRAINING
LATER / SAME CONTRAST REPThe contact inherits the limitation.
Still bouncy on arrival, he does not get the ball-side foot far enough around the ball.
The rebound is redirected right.
SUCCESSFUL REP / TRAINING
LATER / SAME SUCCESSFUL REPThe arrival makes the angle available.
He lands just before hitter contact, points the foot toward the ball and beats it to the location to redirect.
Small details create big differences when you can see the relationship.
TWO TRAINING REPS · ORIGINAL COACH ANALYSISA REAL ATHLETE. A REAL FILM REVIEW.
Jake’s Film Review.
From game evidence to a clear next step.
An inside look at how Coach Chris studies one defensive problem through game footage, targeted training evidence and a specific development priority.
PRIVATE REVIEW EXAMPLE / JAKE · RED #15

Protect the preparation.
Develop the response.
The organized static base is a strength. The investigation asks how that base becomes the movement or drop required by the ball.

The base is present. The movement/drop is limited.
The base is there. The response is limited.
In this rep, the ball barely rises. The issue is the movement/drop relationship—not simply getting lower.

Drop with the ball. No extra step for its own sake.
A different response to the presented ball.
When the ball remains inside the current defensive window, drop with it without unnecessary foot movement.
Two separate training reps, compared for the movement/drop relationship—not a continuous action.
More than keeping it alive.

Useful height. Useful direction.
Look at what the next player receives: useful height and direction toward the setter/target.
Back to the game.

Return to the coverage contact. Read the response and what the contact makes possible next.
CLEAR DEVELOPMENT PRIORITY
Match the move or drop to the ball.
Keep the organized base.
Control what the next player receives.
Private, rep-specific example. The separate training and game evidence does not establish that training caused the game result.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
More than a breakdown.
A plan for what’s next.
Understand what already works, identify a limiting relationship when the evidence supports it, and know what to develop and reassess—rather than train without a clear priority.

The base is present. The movement/drop is limited.

WHAT TO PROTECT
The organized static base: useful body level, vision and readiness.
CURRENT DEVELOPMENT PRIORITY
Match the move or dropto the ball.
Preserve the organized base and a useful rebound for the next contact.
WHAT TO REASSESS
Does the response fit the ball’s location? Does rebound height and direction help the next player?

Questions about your footage?
Do I need to edit the match first?
No. No editing or clipping is required before submission.
Can I send a full match or multiple files?
Yes. Send one full match or multiple files that provide representative game footage for the athlete being reviewed.
How visible does my athlete need to be?
Coach Chris needs to be able to identify your athlete and see enough of the surrounding play for a useful Review. If more visibility or context is needed, MAH will contact you.
What if my footage is already stored online?
You may send MAH a downloadable share link from Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, OneDrive or another file-sharing service. Make sure MAH can open and download the files.
What if Coach Chris needs more footage?
MAH will explain what additional footage or information is needed before individualized analysis begins. Receiving your files is the first step; Chris then confirms whether they provide enough context.
When does the turnaround period begin?
The seven-business-day turnaround begins only after payment is confirmed, essential intake is complete, footage is received and accessible, and Coach Chris confirms it is sufficient. MAH will email your confirmed delivery deadline.
How will I receive the completed Review?
MAH will email private OnForm access instructions for your complete Film Review video and matching Development Priority Brief. Both belong to your athlete’s private Review history.
What kind of footage should we send?
One full match or representative game clips, for any position. The footage needs to be accessible and show enough of the play to support an individualized review. If more or different footage is needed, MAH will explain what to send before individualized analysis begins.
Where will we receive the Film Review?
You’ll receive private access to your annotated and narrated Film Review and its matching Development Priority Brief. Delivery instructions are provided directly.
What happens after I purchase?
