MAH Website / Film Review Privacy Notice
Who we are and what this notice covers
MAH Volleyball Training is operated by Christopher Mah Agustin in California, United States. Coach Chris provides MAH Film Review as a standalone individualized game-film diagnostic service.
This notice describes information used for the MAH website, the inquiry and signup functions described here, purchases, and the Film Review intake, upload, analysis, production, private delivery and support process. It does not describe every activity of Live Training, Acuity, Skool or other MAH offers, or replace notices supplied for those separate services.
For Film Review or privacy questions, email chris@mahvolleyballtraining.com. If you have purchased, you may reply to your Review email or include your order number, athlete’s name and Review number if known.
Website inquiries and optional MAH Updates
When you make an inquiry, we receive the information you submit. The website’s training inquiry form asks for parent name, email and phone, and includes athlete name, age, grade, school, club, position and what you would like to improve. Those details help address your question and understand its context. That form is separate from Film Review’s order-attached intake.
The footer’s Updates form asks for an email address and uses Squarespace newsletter storage. MAH Updates is optional and concerns training opportunities, special events and scheduling availability/announcements. It is separate from Film Review fulfillment. Purchasing a Film Review does not automatically enroll you in Updates. There is no promised mailing cadence.
Checkout also offers an optional checkbox labelled “Sign up to receive news and updates.” It is not selected by default. Customers who choose it are stored in Squarespace Contacts.
When you request the free 10-ball first-contact check, we collect your email address in Squarespace Contacts and a dedicated mailing list to confirm your request where required and send the check. This request sends one delivery email; it does not enroll you in ongoing MAH Updates or a recovery sales sequence. Squarespace Email Campaigns provides email delivery and campaign engagement reporting, such as delivery, opens and clicks. You can unsubscribe through the email footer; Squarespace’s unsubscribe control applies across MAH campaign mailing lists. The signup is for adults and parents. Athletes under 18 should ask a parent to sign up. Requesting the check does not give permission to upload your contact information to an advertising audience. For privacy requests, contact chris@mahvolleyballtraining.com.
Film Review purchase, contact and intake information
Purchasing Film Review involves an order and information entered at checkout, including purchaser/contact and billing/payment information. Squarespace provides the Store and order system; the selected payment route uses Stripe. MAH uses order records and payment status to identify the purchased service and manage fulfillment, refunds and required business records. Enter payment information through checkout, not in footage uploads or support email.
The Film Review intake is attached to the purchase. It collects the purchaser/contact name and email; the athlete’s first and last name, age or grade and primary position; what you would like Coach Chris to understand or investigate; whether this is the athlete’s first MAH Film Review; and optional team/club/school and prior Review date or number if known. The Film Review intake does not request a phone number or a game-film upload.
Adult athletes may purchase for themselves. For a minor athlete, the parent/guardian is the primary purchaser/contact. For an athlete under 13, the parent/guardian manages purchase, intake, email, Dropbox upload and private delivery access. The athlete may participate in coaching and the Review experience; MAH does not require an under-13 athlete to independently manage forms, email, uploads or customer accounts.
Purchaser/billing contact and the intended private contact may differ. MAH keeps the correct order, athlete and numbered Review associated rather than treating a shared email as proof that separate athletes or Reviews belong together. Adults provide their own accurate contact information; they are not instructed to impersonate a parent/guardian.
Footage and Coach Chris’s analysis
For each purchased Review, MAH manually supplies a Review-specific private Dropbox upload request after payment and completed intake are verified. We receive the submitted files and submission information provided with them. Footage may contain athlete identity, image, voice, performance, other people visible in the game and information included in the files.
Coach Chris performs the individualized volleyball diagnosis. He selects the evidence, determines its sufficiency, interprets the play and any supported causal or transfer relationship, identifies meaningful strengths and the first meaningful controllable breakdown where supported, and sets the Development Priority, correction and teaching direction. Chris resolves coaching questions and gives final coaching approval to the video and Brief.
Similar-looking outcomes do not establish the same cause; Chris resolves evidence gaps and decides whether training and game evidence support a causal relationship.
The completed package is one coherent annotated/narrated Film Review video and one matching substantive Development Priority Brief, with one clear current priority and next step. The Brief connects the selected finding and evidence to what to train, game application and a reassessment cue where relevant. Its conclusions and limits agree with the video.
Information used for a Film Review
Information involved in the service can include:
Original/source footage: the game film submitted for Chris to examine.
Reproducible working copies: preparation/editing copies derived from the source.
Selected evidence: stills, short clips or rep examples Chris intentionally chooses to explain a finding; this can include successful and unsuccessful training or game examples.
Coach notes/findings: his observations, approved diagnosis, supported relationships, Development Priority and teaching direction.
Timestamps and source references: information that connects a finding to the relevant moment or source.
Final deliverables: the finished video and matching Brief.
Internal Review records: the athlete/order/Review association, evidence-acceptance and analysis-start records, approval/delivery information and records needed for support, permissions, refunds or legal obligations.
Selected media, notes and timestamps can still identify an athlete. Removing a name does not automatically make a distinctive clip, finding or reference anonymous. Coach Chris uses the relevant evidence and findings to prepare the individualized Review and matching Brief. These categories do not imply that every item is sent to another tool or retained permanently.
We use these information categories to handle inquiries and purchases, match footage to the correct Review, determine evidence sufficiency, organize selected evidence, prepare and check the video/Brief, deliver the service, provide clarification and access support, resolve refunds/disputes and maintain required records.
How selected material assists production
Original/full source footage normally remains in Dropbox and MAH-controlled working source storage for the purpose of fulfilling your Review. Coach Chris uses OnForm for analysis and selects and interprets the material evidence and coaching meaning that will appear in the finished Review.
As needed to prepare your Review, selected material may be processed through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Work/Codex services. This may include Coach-selected short clips or stills/frames; timestamps or ranges; Coach Chris’s findings and approved coaching notes; his narration; annotation/markup instructions; relationships between selected evidence; production instructions; and relevant approved MAH source material. Only the material needed for the particular task is used; this list does not mean every item is transferred for every Review.
This assistance can organize the selected material, connect Coach Chris’s findings to the production, help assemble visuals, timing and annotations, check consistency, and prepare the finished package. Coach Chris remains the diagnostic authority and selects and interprets the evidence. AI assistance does not independently determine the athlete’s diagnosis for him to approve afterward; it helps organize and present his approved coaching meaning.
MAH uses Remotion and FFmpeg/ffprobe locally to author and render the video and Pages for the matching Brief. The selected-material OpenAI assistance can involve cloud processing even when the video is authored and rendered locally. Local use of Remotion does not itself send customer media to a Remotion service. The finished video and Brief receive Coach Chris’s final approval and are delivered privately together as one coordinated Review package.
Routine unrestricted upload of full source footage into ChatGPT Work/Codex is outside this normal workflow. If a particular case materially requires a different use, MAH will first review the need, disclose the affected handling and obtain any applicable permission before using that exception.
Providers and working storage
| Provider or route | Purpose and information involved in the described workflow |
|---|---|
| Squarespace | Website hosting and operation; technical/usage information for service, security and analytics; described inquiry/signup functions; product, checkout, order-attached intake, orders and native purchase notifications. Receives relevant website, technical, usage, contact, intake and order information. |
| Meta | Website measurement and advertising through the configured Meta Pixel. May receive website-interaction and commerce-related information according to the integration and Meta’s applicable practices. |
| Stripe | The selected payment-processing route through Squarespace; handles relevant payment and transaction information. |
| Dropbox and MAH’s working source storage | Review-specific original footage receipt, source/working storage and private protected delivery of the approved video and matching Brief. |
| OnForm | Coach Chris’s private analysis/capture; selected approved analysis and evidence for production, associated with the correct athlete and Review. |
| OpenAI ChatGPT Work/Codex | Purpose-limited processing of selected material, as needed for the production assistance described above. Selected clips, stills, findings or references may identify an athlete. |
| Remotion + FFmpeg/ffprobe and Pages on MAH’s working devices | Local video authoring/rendering and preparation of the matching Brief. This local tool use does not itself mean a transfer to an external Remotion service. |
| Google Workspace/Gmail for MAH email | Manual upload handoff, evidence-acceptance and delivery messages, replies and support correspondence. |
| Apple email relay | The existing website-training-inquiry notification route, separate from Film Review support. |
| MAH working devices and operational records | Necessary preparation and order/athlete/Review matching, delivery, support, consent and required business records. |
Private delivery means MAH provides the Review through the intended private route. It does not mean the providers never process, retain or access information. Storing a file on a working device does not establish local-only processing. This notice does not promise that all information stays in one country or that removal from MAH’s active storage removes every provider copy or backup.
Communication, support and separate public permission
Support messages can include upload filenames, access issues, clarification questions and information needed to find the correct order or Review. MAH may need to confirm the intended recipient before supplying private access. Use the Review’s upload route for game film rather than the website inquiry form or large email attachments.
Film Review messages concern the purchased service: upload handoff, footage issues, evidence acceptance, final delivery and support. They do not automatically subscribe you to announcements. The support address is chris@mahvolleyballtraining.com.
Purchasing a private Film Review does not grant permission for public marketing use of athlete/customer footage, name, likeness or individualized analysis. Public use remains separately permission-controlled.
Cookies, analytics and advertising technology
Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies for website functions and analytics. Squarespace receives technical and usage information, which may include IP addresses, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed and website interactions, for website operation and its service, security and analytics purposes.
MAH has configured Meta Pixel for website measurement and advertising. Meta’s technology may collect website interaction information and support tracking across websites.
Meta may receive website-interaction and commerce-related information according to the integration and Meta’s applicable practices. Other service providers may also use technologies for their own service, security, analytics or measurement purposes as described in their applicable policies.
Tracking choices
Use the cookie preferences available on this site to accept, decline or manage available non-essential cookie choices. You can reopen preferences through the site’s cookie-preferences control. Available non-essential cookies controlled by that setting are restricted until you give the applicable consent.
MAH has not configured browser Do Not Track signals as a separate website choice mechanism. Instead, visitors can use the cookie preferences available on this site to manage available non-essential cookie choices. Third-party services may handle browser or device signals under their own settings, technologies and policies.
The cookie banner and preference controls may not govern every technology used by every third-party provider. Browser or device settings may limit some cookies and affect website functions; they do not guarantee that all technologies or provider-side processing are disabled. Email chris@mahvolleyballtraining.com with questions about these information practices.
Film Review media retention and private access
MAH may retain your original uploaded game footage and reproducible working copies for 30 calendar days after final Film Review delivery, then remove them from active Dropbox/source storage unless they are still needed for an active access/support issue, refund dispute, legal obligation or other legitimate business hold. Once Coach Chris accepts the evidence as sufficient, your Review-specific upload request may close when no further footage is required.
A hold applies only to information reasonably needed for its stated purpose and lasts only while that purpose or an applicable legal obligation requires retention.
Your completed Film Review video and Development Priority Brief are delivered together through a private protected access link. Lifetime hosted access is not guaranteed. Keep your delivery email for return-access instructions while the delivery link remains active.
You may request deletion of your media and delivered Review materials, subject to records MAH must retain for legitimate business, payment, legal or compliance purposes. Order/payment records, consent records, operational logs and other required business records are separate from game footage and follow MAH’s applicable business/legal recordkeeping requirements.
Public use of athlete/customer media requires separate permission. Purchasing a private Film Review does not authorize public marketing use.
This policy does not guarantee a minimum storage period or instantaneous erasure from provider systems and backups. It does not extend any deletion or response deadline imposed by applicable law.
Selected clips/stills that are reproducible working evidence do not become a permanent source archive merely because they were extracted. Evidence incorporated into the final video/Brief is part of that deliverable. Internal records needed for business, consent or support are distinct from keeping full source media. A future private case-reference system does not create an exception requiring permanent retention of source footage.
These retention and access terms do not limit deletion, access or other rights required by applicable law.
The 30-day source-retention rule applies to original footage and reproducible working copies that MAH controls, including such copies in MAH’s provider accounts. It does not determine how long providers retain information in their internal systems or backups. MAH will use the applicable account controls and take any provider-notification or request steps required by law. Provider-internal processing and retention remain subject to the applicable provider terms, controls and legal obligations; removal from MAH’s active storage does not guarantee immediate erasure from every provider system or backup.
Requests, corrections and access help
To request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information or Review materials, or to ask for help with private access, email chris@mahvolleyballtraining.com. Existing customers may also reply to their Review email. Identify the information or materials involved and include an order number, athlete’s name or Review number if relevant and known. You do not need to have purchased a Review to raise a privacy concern. Do not send payment-card details or account passwords.
MAH may need to verify your identity and, where relevant, your authority to act for another person before releasing, correcting or deleting personal information. Applicable legal exceptions may limit a request; MAH will explain the relevant limitation and handle the request under applicable legal requirements.
The included allowance of one reasonable clarification question within seven days of delivery concerns the coaching explanation. It is not an expiry date for access help, support or privacy requests.
Children’s online participation
For under-13 athletes the parent/guardian manages the online Film Review process described above. This business workflow does not itself substitute for any legally required notice, permission or consent concerning children’s information or service providers.
Changes to this notice
MAH will post revisions at the same persistent policy destination with an updated effective date. If a material change affects how information from an existing Film Review customer will be used or shared, MAH will provide a notice through the existing service email before applying it and obtain any permission required by law.

Footwork Privacy Notice
For a Footwork purchase, Squarespace and MAH’s configured payment processor handle the account, contact, order and payment information needed to complete the purchase and provide access. MAH uses relevant order and account information for billing, access support, refunds and required business records. Footwork does not require an athlete intake or footage upload. A parent purchasing for an athlete uses the parent’s purchaser contact information and manages the account. Necessary purchase and access messages are separate from optional marketing signup. For privacy questions, email chris@mahvolleyballtraining.com.
The website-wide disclosures in this Privacy Notice about cookies and analytics, service providers, business-record retention, privacy requests and policy updates also apply to Footwork. Film Review-specific intake, footage-upload and source-file deletion practices do not apply to this prerecorded program.
MAH Libero Footwork Purchase Terms
Your digital program
MAH Libero Footwork — Foundation & Guided Practice is a self-guided, prerecorded online program from Coach Chris. Your purchase includes seven original instructional videos: four progressive demonstrations and three recorded coaching lessons, plus the Training Companion, Court Reference and Practice Record. Individualized Film Review, Remote Coaching and Live Training are separate services.
One payment
The program costs $49 USD, paid once. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Review any applicable tax and the final total shown at checkout before paying.
Access to this edition
Your purchase provides access to this seven-lesson edition with no scheduled expiration while MAH maintains it. This is not a promise of lifetime availability or access to future products or editions. If MAH plans to retire this edition, we will give at least 30 days’ notice to your purchasing email address, stating when access will end and any available continuation options. If a legal requirement or an urgent security risk requires earlier withdrawal, or an event beyond MAH’s reasonable control prevents that notice, we will give as much notice as reasonably possible and explain the effect on your access. Planned retirement does not by itself create an automatic right to a full refund. This does not limit remedies for nondelivery, unresolved material delivery or access failures, or rights required by applicable law.
All sales final — with legitimate exceptions
All sales are final for routine change-of-mind purchases of this digital program. MAH does not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund window. We will correct accidental duplicate charges. If a material delivery or access failure prevents you from receiving the purchased program and we cannot resolve it, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund if the purchased program cannot be delivered. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies required by applicable law, or your right to raise a payment dispute with your payment provider.
Access after an exceptional refund
If a full refund of your program purchase is issued, MAH will separately end and verify removal of access under that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Refunding an accidental duplicate charge does not cancel access under your original valid purchase; MAH will verify that this access remains available. Any other change to access will be explained with the remedy.
One purchasing account
Purchase and return through the same MAH customer account. Athletes who meet the applicable account and legal requirements may purchase for themselves. A parent or legal guardian purchasing for one athlete in their care uses their own account and contact information, keeps control of sign-in and recovery, and operates the account for shared viewing with that athlete. This does not give the athlete a separate login or permission to use the parent’s credentials. Choose the intended account before paying; a purchased pricing plan cannot be moved to another customer account. No additional parent registration or athlete enrollment form is required.
Personal study and sharing
Access is for your personal study or, when you purchase as a parent or legal guardian, shared viewing with one athlete in your care while you control the account. Do not share account credentials, resell access, or publish, upload or redistribute the program’s videos or resources. Only materials specifically offered for download may be downloaded for this permitted personal use. MAH may restrict access for material misuse, subject to appropriate notice and applicable law.
"MAH Materials" means MAH-authored or MAH-owned videos, recorded and written instructional explanations, curriculum, lesson materials, diagrams, PDFs and other fixed instructional content supplied with this program, including their legally protected selection, sequencing and arrangement. MAH retains ownership of these materials. Your purchase grants only a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for the personal, noncommercial study and parent-controlled viewing described above; it does not transfer ownership or grant commercial-use rights.
Except for permitted downloads and personal-use copies of resources expressly offered for download, separate written permission from MAH, or uses permitted by applicable law, do not reproduce, screen-record, scrape, systematically capture or transcribe MAH Materials; remove their copyright, branding or authorship notices; or copy or adapt their protected expression into another course, coaching manual, club curriculum, content library, or commercial training product or service.
Coaches, trainers, clubs and other businesses receive the same personal, noncommercial license. Purchase does not authorize teaching from copies of MAH Materials as a commercial curriculum, distributing them to a team or coaching staff, or otherwise repackaging or monetizing them without MAH's separate written permission.
MAH does not claim ownership of general volleyball skills, ideas, facts, techniques, movements, methods, systems, processes, concepts, principles or independently developed coaching knowledge that the law does not protect as MAH property. These terms do not prohibit lawful coaching or competition or limit uses permitted by applicable law.
You may make ordinary personal study notes in your own words. This does not permit unauthorized reproduction, systematic transcription, redistribution or commercial repackaging of MAH Materials.
Billing, access and support
For billing, sign-in, playback, resource or accessibility assistance, email chris@mahvolleyballtraining.com. Include the email used for purchase, your order number if available, and a short description of the issue. Never send passwords or payment-card details. If payment is confirmed but access is missing, contact MAH before purchasing again.
Self-guided instruction
This program provides self-guided volleyball instruction. It does not include individual assessment, live coaching or medical advice, and it does not guarantee a particular performance result. Use a suitable training space, equipment and supervision for your circumstances.
MAH Film Review Service Terms and Refunds
1. The service and who provides it
MAH Volleyball Training is operated by Christopher Mah Agustin in California, United States. Coach Chris provides MAH Film Review — Individualized Game Film Analysis as a standalone individualized diagnostic service. These terms apply to Film Review only. They do not replace the terms for Live Training, Acuity bookings, Skool, Film Room, courses or other MAH offers.
Coach Chris studies representative athlete-specific game evidence, works backward through the play, identifies the first meaningful controllable limiter supported by the evidence, protects legitimate strengths, and establishes one clear development priority.
MAH may use purpose-limited selected material with OpenAI’s ChatGPT Work/Codex services to help organize and present Coach Chris’s approved findings, assemble the video, implement timing and annotations, and check the finished package. That assistance can involve cloud processing. Coach Chris selects and interprets the material evidence and remains the diagnostic authority; AI assistance does not independently determine the athlete’s diagnosis for him to approve afterward. The video is authored and rendered locally with Remotion and FFmpeg/ffprobe, with a matching Brief prepared in Pages. See the Privacy Notice for the selected information involved, the providers and their processing/retention distinction.
2. What your purchase includes
The price is $149 USD, paid once for one athlete and one Review. Your purchase includes:
One coherent private annotated/narrated MAH Film Review video.
One matching Development Priority Brief.
One clear current development priority and next step for that athlete and Review.
The video explains Coach Chris’s selected evidence and findings. The matching Development Priority Brief is a substantive, concise written blueprint for the current Development Priority and next step. Where relevant, it connects strengths, Coach Chris’s finding and supporting evidence with what to train, game application and a reassessment cue. It agrees with the video’s coaching conclusions and limits. A separate evaluation report is not included by default.
There is no fixed Review movie runtime, clip count, number of findings or annotation count. The evidence and coaching needs determine the narration; a previous athlete’s Review does not set its length. The analysis is individualized to the evidence; improvement is not guaranteed. Film Review does not include live coaching, ongoing individualized coaching or a Skool membership.
Each purchase and intake covers one athlete. For siblings, complete a separate purchase and intake for each athlete. A later Review or reassessment is a separate purchase and receives its own Review number.
3. Intake and footage
Adult athletes may purchase Film Review for themselves. For a minor athlete, the parent/guardian is the primary purchaser and contact. For an athlete under 13, the parent/guardian manages purchase, intake, email, Dropbox upload and private delivery access. The athlete may participate in the coaching and Review experience; MAH does not require an under-13 athlete to independently manage forms, email, uploads or customer accounts.
Complete the athlete intake when adding the Film Review to your cart. That intake is attached to your order. Use your own purchaser/contact details as the adult athlete or the minor athlete’s parent/guardian; adult athletes are not asked to identify themselves as a parent/guardian. Include the athlete information and what you would like Coach Chris to understand or investigate. You do not need to diagnose the issue yourself.
Submit one full match or a representative collection of game clips. Athletes in any position may submit game footage. The footage must be accessible and show enough of the play for responsible individualized analysis.
By submitting footage, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the rights and permissions legally needed to provide it for this private Film Review. You authorize MAH to receive, store, copy, select, extract, annotate and otherwise process it, and to use the providers identified in the Privacy Notice, as needed to analyze, produce, privately deliver and support your Review, subject to the disclosed retention practices. This includes the selected-material processing through ChatGPT Work/Codex described in that notice. Your confirmation includes any legally required permissions concerning other people whose images or voices are included. Do not submit footage in violation of recording, distribution, confidentiality or other applicable restrictions; contact MAH before upload if you are unsure. This permission does not transfer ownership of the footage or authorize public marketing use.
After payment and completed intake are verified, MAH will email the private Dropbox upload request for your purchased Review. Do not upload large game film into Squarespace. Your upload is checked for accessibility and playability before Coach Chris decides whether the evidence is sufficient. Receiving a file or upload notification does not mean Coach Chris has accepted the evidence.
If the footage is inaccessible or insufficient, MAH will identify the issue and request the correction or suitable additional footage needed before accepting the evidence. The refund rule below applies if suitable replacement footage cannot be provided.
4. When the turnaround begins
Delivery is within seven business days after all four conditions are complete:
Payment is complete.
The athlete intake is complete.
The footage has been received, is accessible and can be played/used for review.
Coach Chris has accepted the evidence as sufficient for an individualized Review.
Payment or upload alone does not start the turnaround clock. MAH will confirm evidence acceptance and the actual delivery deadline. Evidence acceptance and the start of individualized analysis are separate events; the refund boundary depends on when individualized analysis begins, as stated below.
5. Delivery and the included clarification
MAH will provide private delivery instructions for the completed Review video and matching Development Priority Brief. They are delivered together as one coordinated Review package.
You may ask one reasonable clarification question about the delivered Review within seven days of delivery. Clarification does not include analysis of new footage, a second Film Review, live coaching, unlimited messaging or a new diagnosis.
The seven-day clarification window is not a deadline for all access or support help. If you have trouble accessing your Review or need help with the upload or delivery process, contact MAH using the address below. Ongoing storage and access are subject to the retention and access conditions in section 7.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Full refund is allowed before MAH begins individualized analysis. Once footage has been accepted and individualized analysis has begun, the service is nonrefundable except where MAH cannot complete the service. If submitted evidence is insufficient and the customer cannot provide suitable replacement footage, MAH will refund rather than manufacture a diagnosis.
Nothing in these terms limits any refund, remedy or other right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
To request cancellation or a refund, reply to your Review email or email chris@mahvolleyballtraining.com. Include your order number, athlete’s name and Review number if known so MAH can match your request to the correct Review.
7. Privacy, media retention and access
Customer footage and Film Reviews are private by default. Public use of athlete/customer media requires separate permission. Purchasing a private Film Review does not authorize public marketing use of athlete footage, name, likeness, the private Review or individualized diagnosis.
These retention and access terms do not limit deletion, access or other rights required by applicable law.
Read the MAH Website / Film Review Privacy Notice for the full information about website and Film Review data practices, and the Film Review media retention and private access information.
8. Film Review support
