MAH Film Review — Individualized Game Film Analysis

$149.00
Limit 1 per order

Coach Chris studies representative athlete-specific game evidence, works backward through the play, identifies the first meaningful controllable limiter supported by the evidence, protects legitimate strengths, and establishes one clear development priority.

Your purchase includes one coherent private annotated/narrated MAH Film Review, one matching Development Priority Brief, and one clear current development priority.

Submit one full match or a representative collection of game clips. After purchase and completed intake, MAH will email a private Dropbox upload path for your purchased Review. Do not upload large game film into Squarespace.

Turnaround: Within 7 business days after MAH accepts the submitted evidence as sufficient. The turnaround clock starts only when payment is complete, intake is complete, footage is received and accessible, and MAH accepts the evidence as sufficient for review. If the evidence is insufficient, MAH requests additional footage before the turnaround clock begins.

Support: One reasonable clarification question about the delivered Review within 7 days of delivery. Clarification does not include analysis of new footage, a second Film Review, live coaching, unlimited messaging, or a new diagnosis.

Privacy: Customer footage and Film Reviews are private by default. Athlete footage, name, likeness, private Review, and individualized diagnosis will not be used for public marketing without separate permission. Film Review is separate from Skool, Film Room, and shared community analysis.

Refund / cancellation: Full refund is allowed before MAH begins individualized analysis. Once footage has been accepted and individualized analysis has begun, the service is nonrefundable except where MAH cannot complete the service. If submitted evidence is insufficient and the customer cannot provide suitable replacement footage, MAH will refund rather than manufacture a diagnosis.

One athlete per purchase. For siblings, complete a separate purchase and intake for each athlete.

Nothing in these terms limits any refund, remedy or other right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

Adult athletes may purchase Film Review for themselves. For a minor athlete, the parent/guardian is the primary purchaser and contact. For an athlete under 13, the parent/guardian manages purchase, intake, email, Dropbox upload and customer-facing OnForm access/history. The athlete may participate in the coaching and Review experience; MAH does not require an under-13 athlete to independently manage forms, email, uploads or customer accounts.

Please submit footage you are authorized to provide for this private Review and the production and delivery described in the Privacy notice. Tell MAH before upload if the footage is subject to confidentiality or sharing restrictions.

Coach Chris performs the individualized volleyball diagnosis. He selects the evidence, determines its sufficiency, interprets the play and any supported causal or transfer relationship, identifies meaningful strengths and the first meaningful controllable breakdown where supported, and sets the Development Priority, correction and teaching direction. Chris resolves coaching questions and gives final coaching approval to the video and Brief.

Similar-looking outcomes do not establish the same cause; Chris resolves evidence gaps and decides whether training and game evidence support a causal relationship.

To produce your Review, MAH may use selected short clips, stills, timestamps, Coach Chris’s approved findings, narration and other necessary production material with ChatGPT Work/Codex to help organize and present his coaching. The material used depends on what the Review needs. Original/full source footage is received through the private Dropbox route and kept in MAH-controlled source storage for fulfillment; routine unrestricted transfer of full source footage into the assisted production tools is not the normal process. Coach Chris selects and interprets the evidence and remains responsible for the diagnosis; the tools help present his approved coaching meaning. The Privacy notice explains this processing and the service providers involved.

The video explains Coach Chris’s selected evidence and findings. The matching Development Priority Brief is a substantive, concise written blueprint for the current Development Priority and next step. Where relevant, it connects strengths, Coach Chris’s finding and supporting evidence with what to train, game application and a reassessment cue. It agrees with the video’s coaching conclusions and limits. A separate evaluation report is not included by default. There is no fixed Review movie runtime, clip count, number of findings or annotation count; improvement is not guaranteed.

Original game footage and reproducible working copies may be retained for 30 calendar days after final delivery, then removed from active source storage unless an active support/access issue, refund dispute, legal obligation or other legitimate business hold requires retention. Your completed Review video and Development Priority Brief may remain privately available in OnForm while MAH maintains that service and account; lifetime storage or access is not guaranteed. Read the Film Review media retention and access information for deletion requests, required business records and separate public-use permission.

A hold applies only to information reasonably needed for its stated purpose and lasts only while that purpose or an applicable legal obligation requires retention.

This source-retention rule includes reproducible copies that MAH controls in its provider accounts. Provider-internal retention and backup deletion follow the applicable provider terms, controls and legal obligations and may take longer; this does not limit MAH’s duties to handle lawful requests and take required downstream action.
